OVERCOMING ADDICTIONS

The Book That Wakes You Up

Break Free. Heal. Return to Life.

You weren't born addicted. You were born free — until this world taught you to depend on the very things destroying you. Flesh. Cooking. Sugar. Salt. Stimulation. Distraction.

It's all addiction — the silent killer that keeps humanity sick, tired, and spiritually disconnected.

In "Overcoming Addiction," Coach Kev Ramon exposes the truth about what addiction really is, why you can't stop feeding on what's killing you, and how to finally break free — for good.

What You'll Discover Inside:

One cause of all addiction

Why your body craves what destroys it

How cooked and processed products hijack your brain

The difference between real sugar (fruit) and false sugar (chemicals)

How to rewire your body and mind back to their natural states

The exact steps to detoxify, overcome cravings, and reclaim your life

This book isn't another self-help guide. It's a manual for freedom , freedom from addiction, from confusion, from death

MY STORY AND THE BAN

I was banned for life from publishing books on Amazon Kindle shortly after releasing this book. They never gave me a reason besides saying I had violated their terms and conditions. The consequences shocked me because I never received an explanation. I still have the screenshots of their emails for anyone who wants to see them.

I believe this is the greatest book ever written on addiction because everyone who has taught or written about addiction has been addicted to something. I’m the only person I personally know who is completely addiction-free today—and it took a long road to get here. I was addicted to cigarettes, alcohol, marijuana, many of the things I was eating and drinking, sex, and more. I have overcome them all and I am free.

But the hardest addiction to overcome was the addiction to things I thought were food. There is no such thing as “food addiction.” People teaching about eating addictions call them food addictions because they don’t understand what food truly is. If they did, they wouldn’t call things that aren’t food, food.

MY JOURNEY TO A FRUIT-ONLY DIET

As of December 8, 2025, I have eaten only fruits for more than two years—950 days to be exact. Years before this, I had already eaten nothing but fruits for one full year… until I fell off. I never wanted to eat anything except fruit, but addictions wouldn’t allow me to stay on the path. About six months into that first year, I began going through withdrawal just like any drug addict. I had recurring dreams and nightmares of eating things I didn’t want to eat anymore. Cravings, temptations, mental battles—I was fighting constantly. I eventually realized I couldn’t win every battle for the rest of my life.

After falling off, I experimented with cooked vegan products. At the time, I believed veganism was healthy, but eventually I realized it wasn’t for me.

I was spiraling downward, getting further and further from the natural diet I had discovered. I was deceived again, eating for the wrong reasons again, and surrendering to addictions telling me what to eat—again. But after experiencing the power of fruits, I knew I had to return.

The more cooked vegan food I ate, the harder it became to eat fruit. When I thought of eating, I thought of something cooked. I didn’t want fruit at all—but I still forced myself to eat it daily. I wanted to return to fruit, so I spent months soul-searching and seeking wisdom. Little by little, understanding came. The final truth that set me free came the day before I began my 160-day watermelon journey. The last chains broke on day one.

WHAT I LEARNED AND WHAT I TEACH IN OVERCOMING ADDICTION

In Overcoming Addictions, I share the truths that were revealed to me and set me free—truths that empower me to live in alignment with our natural diet against all odds.

These are the revelations that allowed me to do what I’ve never seen anyone else do: I ate only watermelon for 160 days in 2023 and again for 104 days in 2024, documenting every day on social media.

I know many people walking this path, but I have never heard anyone say they no longer have cravings, temptations, or struggles. I don’t. You’re not truly free if you’re still struggling.

There is no other book like this. I’m not telling you to get the book, but if you’re seeking help with addiction—any addiction—this book will help. And inside it, you’ll discover that there is only one addiction at the core of them all.
